Dynamic Resources Corp. has announced a name change to Dunes Exploration Ltd. and the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each forty (40) pre-consolidation common shares.

Effective immediately, the common shares of Dunes Exploration Ltd. ("DYR") are suspended from trading on CNSX for failure to comply with Exchange requirements.

The common shares, currently halted, will remain suspended until further notice.
